# Add people

> Invite someone, or add them without an email.

> [!NOTE]

> **Who:** Admins add anyone. Staff add clients.\
> **Where:** Settings → Users

**1. Select Add someone**

Staff see **Add a client**.

**2. Enter their details**

Enter their **Email** and choose a **Role**.

**3. Choose how to add them**

**Email them an invitation now** sends a link to set a password. With it off, select **Add without emailing**. They can then sign in with **Forgot password?**.

> They appear in the list, under their client or your team.

Accounts at a domain listed on a client are assigned to that client. See [Clients](https://desk.quibtech.com/docs/admin/clients.md).
