# Targets

> Set first response and resolution targets for each priority.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Who:** Admins\
> **Where:** Settings → SLAs → Targets

Enter a number, then choose hours or days. Blank means no target. Targets count business hours unless **24/7** is on.

| Priority | First response | Resolution | 24/7 |
| - | - | - | - |
| Urgent | 1 hour | 4 hours | On |
| High | 4 hours | 1 business day | Off |
| Normal | 1 business day | 3 business days | Off |
| Low | 2 business days | 5 business days | Off |

These are the defaults. You can’t add priorities or set targets for one client.
