# Raise a ticket by email

> Open and reply to tickets from your inbox.

> [!NOTE]
>
> This works only if your help desk has inbound email on.

| To | Do this |
| - | - |
| Open a ticket | Email your help desk’s support address. |
| Reply | Reply to the notification email. |
| Reopen a ticket | Reply to a resolved or closed ticket’s notification. |
