# Log time

> Log time with a reply, or on its own.

> **Who:** Staff and admins. Clients never see time.\
> **Where:** A ticket page

## With a reply

In the reply box, enter **Time spent**.

## On its own

In the **Time** card, select **Log time**.

## Durations

Enter 1 minute to 24 hours, such as 25m, 1h 30m, or 1.5h.

## Change an entry

Select **Edit** or **Delete**. You can change your own entries. Admins can change anyone’s.
