Invitation expiry

Unused invitations deactivate the account and email the person and whoever invited them.

Setting	What it does	Default
Deactivate accounts whose invitation goes unused	Turns expiry on or off.	On
Days before an invitation expires	How long a link stays unused before the account is deactivated.	14

Accounts added without an invitation email never expire.

Open the person

In Settings → Users, select them.

Select Resend invitation

They receive a new link. An expired account is reactivated.

Under Pending invitations, select Revoke.

Add your staff, admins, and clients.

Fix invitation problems.
