Part	What it shows
Conversation	Every message, newest at the bottom. Internal notes are marked.
Reply box	Reply, add an internal note, and log time.
Requester	Who raised it, their email, client, and location.
Details	Status, priority, assignee, category, client, and location.
SLA	First response and resolution clocks.
Time	Time logged on the ticket.
Email history	Email sent and received on the ticket.

On a phone, select Details to open the side cards.
