Waiting to send

Lists email still in the queue. Notifications usually send within seconds.

Action	What it does
Send now	Sends the queue, and says why if it can’t.
Cancel email	Stops a waiting notification from sending.

Activity list

Lists every email sent and received, newest first. Filter by Direction and status, or search by address, subject, or error. Choose Needs attention to show only failures and refused email.

Email troubleshooting

Fix outbound and inbound email.

Outbound email

Send email over SMTP or Microsoft 365.
