Turn on Send notification emails

Set Send with to SMTP.

Enter your server details

Enter SMTP host, Port, SMTP username, and SMTP password. Turn on Use SSL/TLS for port 465. Leave it off for port 587.

Enter your sender details

Enter From name, From address, and Reply-to address.

Save, then send a test

Select Send test message.
Microsoft 365 SMTP is not supported. Use the Microsoft 365 tab.
The test message arrives. Check the spam folder if it doesn’t.
Use your inbound address as the Reply-to address so replies are added to the ticket.
